Inspiron 17r / 7010 wierd hardware fault on brand new pc

Wondering if anyone has any ideas before my laptop gets collected for repair. Its only a week and a half old. Has been blue screening since i got it so reinstalled the os. Same issue. Swapped out the memory and with one module no blue screens. Replaced that module in slot 1 and got memory beeps. So that slot was faulty as both dimms worked in slot 2, no blue screens.

So dell sent an engineer out with new motherboard. Keyboard wouldn't work on boot. So the engineer replaced the motherboard and keyboard the next day and still the keyboard doesn't work on boot or in windows. External keyboard works fine.

So motherboards been replaced twice and keyboard once and now they are collecting it for repair which means i'm without it for a further 5 - 7 working days Its never worked perfert for me so i'm not happy. But there must be something else we're missing. Bios Update or something. Any ideas???
