Inspiron 3520 - How do I open the case safely to add RAM?
This is the first Dell laptop that is totally sealed with no access to the RAM. Can anyone help. I don't want to remove the wrong screw and disconnect the MOBO. Please help?

On this model the keyboard has to come out to access the memory modules.
