Inspiron 6000-blinking battery light
In my laptop(Inspiron 6000), the battery light is flickering and the battery is not charging continuously. Eventually the notebook ran out of power and was not usable.
Please let me know what should I do

If the battery is more than a couple of years old, it's likely on its way to the recycling bin - replace it.

I checked the battery and the charger, both are good. Is there any other solution

If the battery and adapter are OK, then the mainboard needs repair or replacement.
