Inspiron E1505 CD Drive Problems

I have an Inspiron E1505. It's about 2.5 years old. It recently got a new hard drive, but the CD Drive worked fine a couple days after the new drive was put in. I know this because I was able to reload Microsoft Office, McAffe and all that fun stuff.

Today, I discovered that I can't open my CD Drive by pressing the button. The green light is on, though. It also won't load the disc (an audio CD) inside of the drive. My Computer is showing that there is no "E:/" drive. The only thing visible on that screen is  "C:/" drive.

I've tried restarting it, and that didn't work. Any suggestions? I'm still under warranty, but I hate to go on Dell Chat again because I've been on a lot lately with my hard drive and another issue. If anyone has an easy fix or suggestion, I'd love to hear it.

Thanks in advanced!
