Issue with Intel(R) ICH9M LPC Interface Controller 2919

I just upgraded my Dell XPS Studio 16 laptop to Windows 7 Ultimate. I had a couple things in the device manager come up as missing. I installed the Intel Chipset Driver and that did nothting. Installed the RICOH Chipset Driver after and that resolved 3 of the 4. The one remaining is the Intel(R) ICH9M LPC Interface Controller 2919. I have flashed my BIOS, uninstalled the device from device manager, installed the Intel Chipset Driver 3 or 4 times and the RICOH Chipset Driver again. I have restarted my computer and this unknown device is still in there.
