Latitude 5570 GPU problem

Hallo,

i have a problem with a graphics card. In our company we are using E5570 with dedicated GPU Radeon R7 M360 and integrated intel HD 520. The problem is, the switching between these GPU is not working well. All options are set for high performance, but when Im trying to do some benchmarks (like furemark, 3Dmark etc.) The score is better when Im using just integrated Intel 520 (Furmark score 450). But when I also "enable" radeon R7 GPU, my score is just 250 points.

How is it posible? Thank you for any answer.
