Latitude E5500 - control point connection manager - erratic connection
Hello
I have a user on a Latitude E5500 that is connected through both Ethernet port and wireless. They used to only be connected via wireless until this problem kept happening.
Here are the issues :
1 - the connections will disconnect and reconnect erratically throughout the day, making work impossible on the machine.
2 - sometimes when connected via wireless, everything is connected, except interal network Outlook/Exchange connection is down.
In the past I've called into tech support and they've asked me to reinstall the latest control point software. This worked for a number of months.....but now the problem is back. What is going on now? Can someone please release a version of control point connection manager that doesnt cause this sort of havok or is there something simple Im missing ?
