My dell laptop-Inspirion 15 problem

Hi, My laptop resolution is automatically low and the sound is very bad since 2 days. Despite keeping 60Hz refresh rate and highest resolution it looks the hardware is affected and even the sound quality and icons are poor .

How can I resolve this iisue>

Please perform system restore for the date system was working properly.

NOTE: System restore will remove applications installed after the restore point.

If that does not fix the issue, perform diagnostics using the link below:

I have tried it already...But the same problem exist. And I have tried Dell Diagnostic tools as well. This shows no hardware problems. Also I have used Tune up Utilities to clean registry but no solution,

Can i again install the driver without uninstalling the existing audio and video drivers. Since when I clicked device manager and tried to update I get message that driver is already up to date.

I have downloaded and again installed those drivers but same problem prevails
