Newest audio driver for XP (Inspiron 5150)
Can anyone tell me where I can get the latest driver for the SIGMATEL STAC 9750 AC97, v.6.14.01.3794, A05 that comes with the 5150?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Current drivers for your system are posted on the Downloads tab (above). If the driver is not there, then it has not yet undergone the testing for your system.

Ouch.... the driver available is dated 2003. I thought for sure there would be a newer driver out by now.

You may want to look to the Sigmatel web site to see if there is a more current driver that Dell has not validated with your system.

I just downloaded it (I suffer with 5150 problems too). Good luck! ^_^
