No audio device installed shows in windows 10

Hello. Try using Windows System Restore to return the laptop to a configuration date before the issue first occurred. Try reinstalling the Realtek audio driver.

If you need more help, please reply back with the full model name of the laptop (there are a bunch of models that Dell marketed under the generic "Inspiron 15" name). Also include some details about the problem including the circumstances of the failure, what you have done to resolve it, etc. Also go into the Device Manager and see what is listed there under Sound Controllers.
