Problem removing Keyboard on Inspiron 3420
Hi,
Just purchased a Inspiron 3420. Wanted to remove the keyboard to install more RAM. Follow the video on N5050 removal of keyboard, release the 4 tabs but the keyboard do not pop out .When the release the tab, it relocks when the screw driver is removed. Keyboard is still holding on tight. No sign of release.
How to remove the keyboard on the Dell Inspiron 3420?

doesn't have screw to remove the keyboard on this model.
1. Release the four latches that secure the keyboard to the system. (1 among esc and F1 2 among F5 and F6 3 F11 4 Delete)
2. Slide the keyboard up and turn it over.
give a little fear of remove because it very dificult remove due the keyboard to be hard,

Already downloaded the owner's manual, followed the instruction on the manual. But keyboard still refuse to detach from the palm rest. Seem that are screws holding the keyboard tight.
Download manual stated N4040 in the 3420 owner's manual link. The layout of the laptop is similar to my Inspiron 3420.
