Problew with xps 15z (Overheating)

Hello Community!

I have a problem tih my new xps 15z, it's overheating when playing games or working with big applications, my CPU temperature marker shows 70 Celsius and I can't even touch the keyboard from the left side.

Is this normal or some kind of design problem?
