Restored factory setting on Dell Inspiron N4010 now it won't boot up

I just did a factory system restore on my Dell Inspiron N4010 Windows 7. Now it won't even get past the Starting Windows part. It'll get there, freeze, then automatically go to the page where it asks me to either a.) Launch System Repair or b.) Start Windows Normally. I've tried the Launch System Repair multiple times with no avail and I go in circles with the Starts Windows Normally between that page and the freezing of the Starting Windows page. I've done every link on F8, even the Restore Previous System Point. And it says there's no Image Recovery that can be done. I'm at a loss and just want to know if I should junk it or if there's something I can actually do to solve this problem.

If you haven't run an extended diagnostic on the hard drive, start there.  F12 at powerup.
