Restoring a Dell Studio 1555 back to Factory Settings
I have a Dell Studio 1555 and I need to get it back to factory settings. (Possible spyware on my computer)
I have tried all of the solutions including the 'Dell Factory Image Restore' but when I press F8, click on restore computer, choose my language, log in, etc. I see the screen that says system restore, etc., but I can't find 'Dell Factory Image Restore' anywhere.
There is a 'Image Restore' but it says that I don't have an image to upload it to.
Any help?

If the restore image is corrupt or missing, you must do a manual install (first link). You'll need a Windows DVD (second link if you're in the US; outside the US, you must call Dell for it).
