Stuck on the Dell logo screen
I was browsing the net when suddenly, Firefox doesn't respond . Then I tried to close it by using right-click on the icon on the taskbar. After I close it, suddenly a blue screen thing appeared. then the laptop automatically turned off.
I tried to open my laptop and it stuck on the Dell logo screen. The progress bar stops about 1/4 of the way up. The power button is on. I've turned it off by holding the power button for a few seconds and tried turning it on again with all the same results.
Im using studio 1558 and windows 7 home premium.

I have this problem before, I'm certain it has nothing to be with Firefox. Maybe there is something wrong with your HARDWARE. I advise you to ask to the tech, they may help you . Hope you enjoy your laptop soon!
