Vostro 1000 Factory System Restore- ctrl + F11 does not work what do I do?
I am unable to do a system restore because, a screen that says dell.com never appears, and I press ctrl and f11 on every screen i see.
when it first logs on it gives me this screen that says the battery isn't right or something like that, then when I try to carry on, it just wont let me.
Does anyone know anything I can do to be able to get to the system factory restore on this thing?
It doesn't even have the ability to do a restore to earlier in time in the computer.

If the quick restore doesn't work you'll need to do a manual reload from your OS DVD. If you didn't get one with the system, see:
