XPS 17 PROBLEMS

hey there

i had got myself a xps 17 at the start of the year, it has now stopped, any time i turn it on it goes to a screen saying start windows normally or go into repair mode, which either one i click on it sends me stright back to the same screen, i have had a number of problems with it in the past restoring it and repair modes mainly, i have contacted dell about this and they have not got back to me, i was wondering if any one has had the same problem? if so is there anything to solve this problem?
