back lit keyboard Dell inspiron 7559

Does the machine have a backlit keyboard? When was the last time did it work?

You can update the quickset drivers from support.euro.dell.com and check if it works.

Hi, yes the machine has a backlit keyboard, i can see it light up during boot up. Other than that it never lights up (regardless of room light condition)

sorry for the delay, thanks for the link, will check it and let you know how it went.

nothing changed after updating the drivers. still the keyboard lights up upon boot and never again afterwards.
