can't find an authorized dell repair shop near Washington, DC
I have an Inspiron 1520 laptop, pretty new, that won't boot up properly. I found one Dell authorized guy in Bethesda, Maryland. I've been to him 3 times. He charged me but has no idea what the problem is. How do you get help on a Dell laptop that is more than a year old. I would not want another Dell if it is impossible to get service even for easy problems and even in an urban area.
