cruiser moving by it self and even clicking inspiron 13 (7347)

I do disable the touch screen from device manager and the issue is gone but sadly I want to use the touch screen & get the benefits of having 2-1 laptop how to fix this issue by returning the screen touch back & to enjoy it?
