inspiron 15R graphics card

i am thinking of purchasing the dell inpiron 15R to replace my old computer and i was wondering if its stock graphics card (intergrated HD,i belive its called) is enought to run games like starcraft 2 with no problem or games like rift on at lest medium settings, i know i wont be albe to run games like crysis 2 on high or anything like that but im looking for something cheep and middle of the road.
