laptop keyboard problem
my laptop dell inspiron n5010's keyboard is not working the problem was not for keys because it is working for the admin password in the bios setup when windows operating is load the user name and password can't type because of this,I thought it was virus attack I formatted my laptop and installed windows again then it asks for pc name it wont type then I use the onscreen keyboard it also cannot help me to type what will I do
please help me

Hi,
Welcome to the Community. Turn off your computer, remove the battery and the ac adapter, press and hold down the power button for 15 seconds, connect the ac adapter, turn on your computer and tap the F8 key at the Dell Logo, select safe mode and press enter, and check if the keyboard works in safe mode. Post back with results.
