touchpad not responding

Just opened my Studio-14 to discover that the touchpad was not responding. The Bluetooth mouse is not being recognised either. During the startup an error message pops up - "Error 8602 - Auxilliary Devise Failure".

What should i do?

It sounds like the drivers have become corrupted somehow?  I'd suggest reinstalling the chipset and touchpad drivers.

You should've received a CD containing the drivers with the laptop, but it's best to get the latest drivers from the 'Drivers & Downloads' section on the Dell website.
