unplugged before windows finished closing no battries in it.(inspiron 8200 )

hi all

Please could someone give me some info on how to make my inspiron 8200 run again. I unplugged before windows finished closing no battries in it. and now i have only the led lights on all the time and nothing works. no HD' NO Bios (dead). When i power it up the light on lap blinks one and nothing else?
