vostro 3400 Dell Backup and Recovery Manager Hanged without an end

Hi , I hope someone can help me out  of this. I am an ordinary laptop user. Recently I lost my recovery DVD for vostro 3400 -i5 M520 @2.4GHz, OS Win7 Pro-32bit and with display adapter Nvidia GeForce 310M, standard H/W device including fingerprint, integrated webcam, DW1520 Wireless, Realtek PCI Controller, TSST DVD RW TS-L633C and multicard reader.

Problem is when to run Dell Backup and Recovery Manager, a msg pop out saying "unhandled exception has occurred...." and it continusously hanged non-stopped. Below is the detail of the msg in the dialog box. I have no  idea how to handle this and couldnot reformat my system.  Appreciate your ideas, thanks.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Try using Windows 7 Backup and Restore instead to make new Recovery Disks and save a system image and backups to external media-- an external hard drive is best. Just type Backup in the Start Box to access the win 7 Backup utility
