AIX host with Clariion Luns and Hdisk0 issue

Asking this for our AIX admin..they have AIX host with Clariion luns...when they reboot the Clariion luns claim Hdisk0 and Hdisk1 before the OS boot drives can grab them. I am assuming they must have something wrong as to how everything is walking the BUS as you shoul dnot have to pull san drives every time you reboot or reimage the server

found out this only occurs when they constantly reimage this server..so I assume SAN disk have to be pulled away in that case

Was the original image set up for Clariion boot? What does the 'bootlist -m normal -o' look like? Does the Admin check it prior to rebooting?
Is PowerPath running on the server?

They keep re-imaging the server..cannot do that with SAn disk attached...normal reboots are ok

I think the bus gets walked in sequential order... if they flip the HBA and SCSI adapters then it might fix it.
