do you have other systems using that FA report the same error ?

No, only for one server getting errors like this remaining all are fine.

looking at your zoning, can you determine what HBA this FA is zoned to. Also based on zoning do you have other FAs zoned to the same HBA ?  Trying to determine if it's an HBA, SFP, patch-panel issue.

On your problem host, check system logs prior to the event, particularly anything that the HBA driver has posted.

On your switch(s), identify the ports that the host uses and check the error counters. Make a note of what they are and recheck at regular intervals. Are you seeing any increase in error count that might indicate a HBA,cable or GBIC issue?

Also on the switch logs, determine if your HBA logged out or not around the time of the message.

low light means your switch port is not providing strong enough "signal".  I don't know what switch you use but many provide low and high values for send and recieve when you look at the transceiver (SFP) properties.  If your switch is supported by EMC gather the logs and have them validate if that SFP is experiencing any issues. If it's not EMC then open a ticket with the switch vendor.
