Error during Content server 6.6 installation

I am trying to install content server 6.6 in solaris server. I am using Mobexterm as GUI to launch the CS installer. WHen i run the ./serverSolSuiteSetup.bin i get error as

Segmentation fault(core dumped)

Has anyone faced this issue. Please help.
