My PC crashed and it won't start on again anyway

My Dell Latitude 3470 crashed while using today. The laptop won't start on whatsoever, the charger (65 watt) is not recieving any power from the power source either. Also, before shutting down, the PC did not show any notification that it was drained out of battery. The yellow light on the adapter of the charger is not turning on as I plug it in as well. Please help!!
