Convert VMWare Windows disk partitioning from MBR/BIOS to GPT/UEFI

Login into Windows, open a command prompt and type the following command.

MBR2GPT /convert /disk:0 /allowfullos

After change – shutdown the VM and change the Firmware type to UEFI before booting back up or it won’t boot.

Is it possible to do this with Windows 2019 Server Core, with doesn't have mbr2gpt?

Thank you for this information.  I've got a couple VMs that are set to BIOS firmware that need a vTPM setup.  After the conversion is done using MBR2GPT and changing the options to UEFI, can the secure boot checkbox be used without any issues as secure boot is going to be needed for a vTPM?
