Dell 7773 2-in-1 Wacom Ink

When I bought the laptop in-store at Best Buy, the employee had told me that the pen would work and tried to sell it to me at the desk. I declined at the time, but later returned to buy the pen. I've connected it to my system, the buttons work, but the Wacom website says that there's no recognized tablet whenever I try to install the driver. I can't find a definitive answer, or a solution for how to download the driver with no recognized product.

That would appear to be a Wacom issue rather than a Dell issue.  Have you contacted Wacom support?  That should be your first point of contact.

Did the system come with a "pen compatible" sticker on it?  Only systems that do will work with an active pen.
