Yes. You will need a 3.5 inch to 2.5 inch adapter Like the Silverstone SDP09. The hard drive is mounted underneath the Optical Drive as you can see in the Owner's Manual. The drive can be Cloned using an Apricorn Sata Wire that comes with cloning boot CD.
