No because the power supply and mounting are proprietary.
There is a 365W unit that is used when the 3670 has the Dell OEM GTX 1060 card. 75W or greater cards REQUIRE the 365W power supply.
short PCI-E video cards work FULL LENGTH Cards DO NOT and WILL NOT EVER fit.
