Inspiron 5676, Windows 10, reset issues

I recently did a pc reset on my Inspiron 5676 to scrap all my current files. Shortly after it finished, it did not direct me to the usual Microsoft startup. Instead it created an other user that I can’t access with my account. There are no options to log in with another user nor connect to the internet (it only shows airplane mode). I tried accessing it through safe mode but I can barely do anything because it shows c:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is unavailable. Shortly after this, I restarted the pc because I literally can’t click anywhere else. After restarting, it now tells me that the administrator is disabled and to contact my system administrator. I’ve been trying to contact support, but that’s not working out very well. I am on my wits end, and I would appreciate any help at this point.

Sounds like it didn't work as you had hoped.

Try a clean-install of Windows-10 to a completely blank drive (with no partitions).
