Inspiron 620 cpu upgrade problem

Hey guys. I bought an inspiron 620 a long while ago, and have since upgraded the ram to 8gb from 6 and the video card to a 1050ti. However, when trying to update the cpu from a 2320, I have found that the 3570 that I had bought wasnt working. Does the board just not support ivy at all? If so, why?
