Inspiron One 2330, Win 10, Radeon HD 7650A, not installing
Since I installed Windows 10 in my Inspiron One 2330 the graphic card (AMD Radeon HD 7650A) is not detected. For the last three months I have been reading about this issue and suggestions resolve it. Unfortunately, the problem persisted after I followed the suggestions posted (in this and the Windows board) for others with the same issue. I even reinstalled the original Windows 7 yesterday in hopes that that would resolve the this. It did not. So, I did a Windows 10 clean install and still have the same issue. Just spent the morning and afternoon researching for a solution and updating drives. Since most of the posts on this problem are somewhat dated, I hope someone has a solution that will help me fix this issue. We also have Aurora Alienware desktop and Windows 10 did not cause any issues.

If you haven't already started to reinstall Win 10, don't bother...
Excerpted from the AMD web site:
The following is a list of graphics products that support Windows 10:
AMD Radeon HD 7000 Series Graphics (HD 7730 and up)
So it appears your Radeon HD 7650A doesn't support Win 10, regardless of what it says on that video driver page for the Inspiron One 2330.
And being an AIO, the video card is hard mounted on the motherboard so it can't be upgraded...

I read that a while ago, but it's confusing because Dell has R HD7650A a download for W10. The simplest explanation ... hehe (but a leaned a lot though). Thanks again

How do you know the AMD Radeon isn't recognized?
Did you install the Intel chipset and management engine drivers for Win 10? These drivers on Dell's site are old so you might want to go to the Intel Download site and use their downloadable wizard to scan your hardware and offer new/updated drivers.
Did you install this new (Apr 2020) Win 10 AMD driver from Dell's site for the Inspiron One 2330?

"Radeon HD7650A" is a card that is now in legacy status
It will not auto install nor will it work with the latest drivers.

Catalyst 15.7.1 is the last driver that supports this card.

current radeon drivers past 15.7.1 will not see ANY video cards
AMD Radeon™ R5 235X, Radeon™ R5 235, Radeon™ R5 230, Radeon™ R5 220, Radeon™ HD 8470, Radeon™ HD 8350, Radeon™ HD 8000 (D/G variants), Radeon™ HD 7000 Series (HD 7600 and below), Radeon™ HD 6000 Series, and Radeon™ HD 5000 Series Graphics products have been moved to a legacy support model and no additional driver releases are planned.

Did you look at the AMD driver I linked above? Dell's Support site shows that Win 10 64-bit is supported on the Inspiron One 2330 and that video driver page says:

* Restart and press F2 to enter the BIOS System Setup. Take and send us via Private Message a picture of the 1st page showing the Service Tag number
* Open the Device Manager
* Open Display Adapters
* Right click AMD Radeon HD 7650A
* Click Scan for hardware changes. What happens?

@Calin2330 - Out of curiosity, open the HD 7650A video card entry in Device Manager and click the Driver tab. What version of the driver is listed there when you see the error message on the General tab?

Version 15.200.1040.0 and the general tab reports device status as "Windows has stopped this device because it reported problems. (Code 43).
