Inspiron One 2330, powers on, but nothing on screen
The power button will light up white. The boot up screen does not appear on screen. It does look like the screen is getting power. Assuming it’s the video card but would like your help.

White power button LED = The computer is in power on state
* Turn the Inspiron One 2330 off
* Connect an external monitor to the Inspiron One 2330 =
Inspiron One 2330 VGA out port --> VGA to VGA cable --> Monitor VGA in port
* Turn the external monitor on
* Turn the Inspiron One 2330 on
* Press the right side video input source selector button
* Choose VGA
* If the external monitor shows the Windows desktop, then the LCD or video card is faulty
