Missing Dell rewards

When I signed up to my account I clicked the box that signs you up to the Dell Rewards and when I purchased the Laptop I was given order details and at the bottom of the page it said "You earned 1079 points in Rewards on today's purchase." and "You will receive 1 x £15 coupon to be used against a future purchase for every 500 points earned."

How long does this take to get these rewards, I have also have no idea where to ask this kind of question. So how about here. I would like to get to the bottom of this.

Open your Rewards account to check the rewards credited to your account. To redeem the coupons you have to buy something else. Check for purchase amounts and time limits to redeem rewards here:  https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-rewards-program/cp/dell-rewards-program?gacd=9614781-1019-57610...

The rewards will be shown in your https://dell.to/3iKHIj4 My Account typically within 30 business days after your order is confirmed. Rewards are made available to redeem typically within 30 business days after your order invoices/ships.

any mods on who can tell me who i can talk  to about missing rewqwards?  i have about 10 thousand in purchases that are past 30 days and i still do not see them in pending or actual awards.  i have never had this happen before.  I have talked to 2 people at dell about this but they really do not care and were very unhelpful.
