What is your PC model number.  Can't really help without it.  Always list your PC model on any initial problem post.

As you have posted in the Desktop section I assume its one of the All in one models.

It's an Inspiron 3464 AIO with Windows 10.

Dell's require the Dell sound driver for proper operation.

1st suggestion. download and install (reinstall) the Dell Realtek sound driver.
