Total breakdown...
On January 5 2017, I bought an 'INSPIRON A10 Desktop @ 600 euros.Mid-February 2018, it totally 'broke-down', and despite attempting to 'talk' with someone from DELL, it has BEEN IMPOSSIBLE! I assumed that my machine may have lasted a 'little longer, how WRONG I WAS! This has caused me to buy TWO new LG desktops of which I am delighted with, and NO THANKS TO DELL WHATSOEVER! I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE, because of their VERY shoddy customer SERVICE? I am a 'pensioner, and can 'ill-afford' to continue with this! TOTAL waste of time, money AND effort! Forget it!!

This is a user-to-user forum so ranting here won't help solve your problem with the All-In-One.
If you post the exact PC model and version of Windows, with specifics about the problem, maybe somebody here can help you fix it.
