In order,

1.  Try a new OEM Dell AC adapter -- or one known working with another system.  If it works, you're set;  the original adapter is bad.

2. Replace the DC jack in the system and re-check.

One of those two  usually solves the problem.  If not,

3.  Replace the system board.

I have the same problem, any solution?

• I have changed the battery and the charger (after a  diagnostic in the center) and since that everything is ok
