We haven't heard from you in a while and would want to know if you have tried the steps suggested earlier on the pen. We would want to know if this helped and if you need any further support with this product.
I would also want to know if you have had a chance to check any other pen on this system or this pen on any other system. This is just to understand what is the cause of the issue.
