Hello to all,
I have used tis forum in the past with great success to solve issue with my Dell Inspirion 4010. This Dell is functioning well so i would like to hold on to it. I am looking to add a Bluetooth card; has anyone had any experience adding this card because i am not certain if there is a location that will allow for this card to be added in so, before i purchase this card hopefully, i can determine if whether or not this addition can happen? I realize that there is a lot of youtube covering this issue but non that addresses if hardware can be added. Thank you. Best regards to all.
hello crcarazo,
If the system has a Bluetooth card now and is no longer working you can add one to the system. If it never had one you cannot add a Bluetooth card to it. You can click the link below to download the online manual for removing/replacing parts. Although, you could also look at getting a USB WIFI/Bluetooth card if needed.

While the Dell Wireless 365 card will fit the system, the amount of disassembly needed to install or change an internal card - and the fact that this is an old card that doesn't support all the newer bluetooth features -- mean it's a better idea to just get a nano-sized bluetooth USB plug-in.
