BSOD DELL 7567

Hi DELL,

Im currenty having a Dell Laptop 7567 with the following specs:
OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home
Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2801 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date Dell Inc. 1.8.1, 8/15/2018
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB
Graphic Card: GTX 1050 TI 4GB

I am currentyly using a clean fresh install version of Windows 10 from the Windows 10 i got from dell website.
All my drives are up to date.


I was receiving blue screen of death issues since 20/11/2018.I am facing BSOD when my laptop is unplug from the charger.When im using the laptop while charging it is running fine no BSOD.

i have booted windows 10 from my usb boot medium and tried to restore still same issues. Try to reset also same problem.There were different BSOD error codes that were appearing.

This are the errors.
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED tcpip.sys
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED Netwtw06.sys


Please help guys!!!.

Hello,

 

I had intermitent blue screens with my system too.  

Try to change the power options in the bios setup (F12 to get there from startup), change the mode  standard or adaptive seemed to work better for me.

tcpip.sys is part of the windows operating system and Netwtw06.sys belongs to wifi cards from intel you can try to fix problems with tcpip.sys by opening a command prompt as administrator and type netsh int ip reset c:\netsh.log after that reboot the laptop also problems with tcpip.sys can be caused by the autoprotect feature from securityprograms (antivirus / malware) so try to switch that feature off and check if it helps.

Netwtw06.sys check for driver updates to your intel wifi card.
