Backlight cannot turn off
Suddenly my inspiron 15 7000 backlit is always on, and the fn backlit cannot function.
What I have tried:
Have tried updating bios to the latest from Inspiron 7559 version from dell website. There was not backlit option in the bios configuration, and in the windows mobility center there was no "customized by dell inc" menu where we could find backlit settings. Tried installing quickset but it says its not supported.
