8 beep usually means something is wrong with your LCD / LCD Cable.
Worst case scenario would be your motherboard.
Do contact your local Dell support to rectify the issue.

As confirmed by shafwan2204, the 8 beeps indicate an issue either with the LCD or LVDS cable.
Try connecting an external monitor & check if there is any display.
If the system is under warranty, I can assist you with the part replacement.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
Inspiron 5010 with windows Vista from 2007 or Windows 7 from 2009 would not be under warranty.
This usually indicates bad LCD cable but it can also be GPU unsoldered from the motherboard.
