Black screen after dell logo

Question

I have an inspiron 15 7000. This problem accured few times now. Sometimes when I open my laptop, I get a black screen after the Dell logo. The only way to normally restart after that is to run diagnosis.
Running, I get at the start the followin:
PCIe-training error PCI tag-0100 Vendor ID 10 DE Device ID ..... Bus 01, link degraded, max widthx16, negwidth x 2, slot1.
Can anyone help me?

That error is a new one to me but looking at the reference in the error, I suspect a motherboard problem that is related to the GPU. I assume you are running diagnostics with F12 at the Dell splash logo?
