Brand New Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1 100% Disk

I have this new laptop that seems to be running very slow from day 1. It crashed on the first day and updated the BIOS after about 3 days. I have Dropbox and Adobe Creative cloud but system seems to be at 100% disk usage all the time. Task manager says 100% Disk but it's not very clear what's writing to the disk to make it run at 10 0% (it's like this even with very light use (like running mspaint only). Please help.

The Resource Monitor should be able to tell you exactly what is writing to the drive. Put resmon.exe in a run box and look for the highest usage. Then check the box on the left to filter for that operation.
