If you're in the US, try Newark, Mouser or Digikey - but a lot of these aren't off the shelf parts, so you may well have to find someone selling an otherwise dead board to salvage the part from.
It'll be the same board as whatever system this came from. That said, there's no guarantee the chip is the only issue - or that whatever caused it to fail isn't from somewhere else, so replacing the system board is a surer path to fixing the system.

Now I did search on it and I didnt found it, so I will go with the other solution but I dont knew what's the name of the board that carry this IC
