Can not update my Dell Inspiron I5 5565 from Win 10 version 1909 to  version 2004 or 20H2

I have applied almost every advise on the internet to update my Dell Inspiron I5 5565 from Win 10 version 1909 to  version 2004 or 20H2. I am wondering if anybody successfully managed this update.

it seems that Dell Inspiron I5 5565 is tested for update to Win10 May 2020 Update(version1909) but not for update to Win 10 October 2020 Update(version 20H2). And also there is a note that "If your computer model is not listed, Dell is not testing the device, and drivers have not been updated for that model.".

Is there any reason why Dell is not testing and updating drivers for this model.

Does it mean that my laptop will not be updated after Win 10 version 1909 anymore.
